The Brand Partnerships team oversees all Reflaunt clients and projects. Each team member is assigned a service vertical and client portfolio, and is responsible for the growth of our partnerships.

The team serves as main representative of Reflaunt with our high-profile clients, from the moment a partnership is signed to the post-launch ongoing operations. We work closely with the Product, Tech and Operations teams to meet deliverables and deadlines, always taking a customer-centric approach.


You will report directly to a Brand Partnerships Manager and support all project activities, including:

  • Build the analytics dashboard to show performance along KPIs
  • Monitor KPIs daily, troubleshoot with clients and manage incoming requests
  • Assess incoming inventory quality and traction in second-hand market
  • Prepare monthly or ad hoc reports for clients to present during weekly or fortnightly calls
  • Set KPI targets, monitor results, develop and execute initiatives to grow performance
  • Advise clients on second-hand market dynamics and growth levers
  • Manage financial reports, profitability and cashflows for each client

Requirements:

  • MSc in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent degree
  • Exceptional time management skills - ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify and communicate insights using Google Sheets, Slides, AWS Quicksight
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French / Italian / other languages are a plus)
  • Experience in working in ecommerce or luxury fashion is a big plus 
  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similar role within a high growth startup is a plus
