We recently raised our Series A funding and are backed by fashion thought leaders such as the CEO of Balenciaga, the incubator Fashion for Good, and Madaluxe Group.As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support our fast-paced and growing business.
Our product
Reflaunt connects fashion brands with the 2nd hand market. Our API is integrated in the brands’ e-commerce and enables their customers to put back on sale their past purchases. These past purchases are then listed simultaneously on several marketplaces across the world.
Reflaunt brings an amazing supply of luxury pieces to marketplaces with which it is integrated with. Reflaunt already counts more than 27 leading global marketplaces within its network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the implementation, improvement and innovation of all the backend processes, API connections with marketplaces, connections within our techstack (Netsuite, Nshift, Pimberly)
Responsibility for elucidating and refining Product priorities and managing these from scoping through to delivery in conjunction with development teams.
Writing product requirement documentation, acceptance criteria, scenarios, test cases and translating the relevant aspects of these into JIRA.
Engaging directly with internal and external (client stakeholders) on scoping and delivery, managing execution of the development, manually testing tasks/bugs and providing feedback based on acceptance criteria.
Supporting the development team to plan and execute deployment and release.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple areas - Brand Partnerships, Operations, Sales, Product, and Technology - to realize company objectives.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in leading a development team as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Product Manager for at least 3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Engineering / IT. Other degrees are accepted if the candidate possesses relevant experience.
Familiarity with Agile development process and ceremonies.
Proven ability to manage a number of competing projects, and to shield a development team in order to enable their focus on key priorities.
Proven ability to develop deep customer empathy and articulate customer problems.
Focus on impact and results. You work on the right things and get them done fast.
Experience and knowledge of JIRA and XRay (plugin) is an advantage.
Experience and knowledge of retail/e-commerce/marketplaces integrations (Bonus).
Experience working and maintaining Postman collections (Bonus).
Experience testing platforms on an API level (Bonus);
