Responsibility for elucidating and refining Product priorities and managing these from scoping through to delivery in conjunction with development teams.
Writing product requirement documentation, acceptance criteria, scenarios, test cases and translating the relevant aspects of these into JIRA.
Engaging directly with internal and external (client stakeholders) on scoping and delivery, managing execution of the development, manually testing tasks/bugs and providing feedback based on acceptance criteria.
Supporting the development team to plan and execute deployment and release.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple areas - Brand Partnerships, Operations, Sales, Product, and Technology - to realize company objectives.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in leading a development team as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Product Manager for at least 1 year.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Engineering / IT. Other degrees are accepted if the candidate possesses relevant experience.
Familiarity with Agile development process and ceremonies.
Proven ability to manage a number of competing projects, and to shield a development team in order to enable their focus on key priorities.
Proven ability to develop deep customer empathy and articulate customer problems.
Focus on impact and results. You work on the right things and get them done fast.
Experience and knowledge of JIRA and XRay (plugin) is an advantage.
Experience and knowledge of retail/e-commerce/marketplaces integrations (Bonus).
Experience working and maintaining Postman collections (Bonus).
Experience testing platforms on an API level (Bonus);
