This is an Entry Level offer for candidates based in Lisbon, Portugal or Milan, Italy. No fully remote options available.
Responsibilities:
- Support on onboarding new clients and monitoring daily operational processes
- Support on client performance analysis
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships
- Develop and manage email outreach campaigns to engage existing customers and drive customer retention
- Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of working experience required
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in or interest for fashion industry is a plus
