Reflaunt's team is split between Milan, London,  Paris and Lisbon. The 6 year old company is backed by key strategic investors such as the former CEOs of Balenciaga and Jimmy Choo, a leading European Venture Capital fund, impact incubators including Fashion for Good and the Mills Fabrica.


We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee our marketplace operations, optimize sales, and drive revenue growth across multiple secondhand platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Performance & Growth Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability across different platforms.

- Monitor pricing trends and apply dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive.

- Leverage marketplace tools (e.g., eBay Promoted Listings, Amazon Ads) to drive sales.

- Identify new marketplace opportunities and expand Reflaunt’s presence in resale markets.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Marketplace Strategy & Management:

- Oversee and manage API integrated product listings, pricing, and inventory across secondhand marketplaces (Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, eBay, Amazon, etc.).

- Ensure optimisation of  product listing and  metadata to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

- Ensure seamless marketplace connectivity by working closely with tech team to troubleshoot integration issues 

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and quality standards for secondhand fashion.

- Work closely with brand and retail partners to streamline product onboarding and resale strategies.


Tech & API management: 

- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to maintain and improve API integrations with marketplaces 

- Monitor data synchronization across platforms, ensuring accurate inventory and pricing updates 

- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline listing updates, repricing and stock management 

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related API feeds, product mapping and data flow 


Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless product authentication, fulfillment, and returns.

- Optimize stock levels by analyzing real-time inventory data from integrated marketplaces 


Customer Experience & Marketplace Reputation:

- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve marketplace disputes, returns, and inquiries.

- Implement strategies to improve sell-through rates and customer engagement.


Data Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, AOV, customer trends).

- Provide actionable insights to enhance marketplace performance and report to leadership.

- Leverage data to improve resale strategies and pricing models.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand partnership, product development, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.


Who You Are


3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, eBay, Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, or similar).


Strong understanding of secondhand fashion, circular economy, and resale dynamics.


Tech savvy with experience managing API Driven market place integrations 


Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands is a plus.


Proficient in marketplace tools and data analysis (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI), and pricing optimization solutions.


Data-driven, highly organized, and skilled at project management.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with external partners and internal teams.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
